After releasing the long-haired girl, I turned and crouched down, grabbing the thug in the middle. A sharp, murderous aura radiated from my body, my eyes piercing straight into his soul. I threatened him in a low voice, "Weren't you acting so arrogant just a moment ago? Why not now? Don't try any tricks with me. I have killed people before; this isn't a game to me. If you dare to cause trouble again, I will make sure there is nothing left of you!"

To be honest, 238 lives had already been lost at my hands. As a king who emerged from an environment filled with slaughter and blood, once I truly turned vicious, an intangible killing intent would naturally emanate from my entire being. It wasn't just ordinary people like them who would be intimidated; even true experts would be shaken.

This "murderous aura" is not a gas, but a sensation—a feeling that inflicts a powerful psychological shock upon the opponent, creating intense terror. Ordinary people generally do not possess such an aura; no matter how angry they are, it is merely anger. Only those who have truly had the heart to kill possess it.

The thug was so terrified he forgot his own pain, staring at me blankly with ash-gray fear in his eyes. The two thugs beside him also felt the terror, simultaneously stopping their wails and looking at me with horror.

"Get lost!" I flung him away with force.

The students nearby, of course, did not hear what I said; they only saw my formidable strength, so their eyes were filled with awe and admiration.

In truth, bragging about having killed people to threaten others is quite childish, but there was no choice—to intimidate them once and for all, I had to go all out.

The long-haired girl had long since fled, and those three thugs, having only broken arms and not broken legs, immediately struggled to their feet.

I turned around to see Ling Xi running toward me with excitement, hugging my arm and cheering, "Uncle, you were so cool just now! Absolutely amazing!"

Uh, I didn't expect her to be so thick-skinned; she wasn't even afraid after seeing me break someone's arm.

I smiled and said, "Why are you calling me 'Uncle' again? Didn't you call me 'Big Brother' last time?"

Just then, a girl nearby exclaimed in surprise, "What happened to you guys? Who did this to you!"

I turned to look and saw two girls dressed in bizarre hip-hop attire with yellow, spiky "Shamate" hairstyles, walking out of the crowd while sipping milk tea.

One was average in appearance, but the other was quite beautiful, with fair skin, large dark eyes, and long eyelashes—a total stunner, though unfortunately, she was a Shamate.

The three thugs clutched their broken arms, heads bowed, not daring to look back at me. They gritted their teeth against the pain and said laboriously, "Let's go!"

The beautiful Shamate raged, "Damn it! You're all cowards! You get beaten like this and don't even dare to make a sound! We just had a cup of milk tea! You guys are so useless! Who did it!"

Who else could it be? Ling Xi and I were standing alone to the side, with no one within five meters of us; even a fool would know it was us.

The two Shamate girls glared at us fiercely.

Ling Xi pointed at the beautiful Shamate and said, "That's their boss."

I frowned slightly, staring intently at the beautiful Shamate's face. The more I looked, the more familiar she seemed, but this image and temperament were so inconsistent with the version in my memory!

The two Shamate girls tossed their milk tea aside and marched toward us aggressively.

"Sister Meng, don't..." the three thugs tried to call out, but as soon as they turned back and saw me, they immediately lowered their heads in silence.

Hearing the name "Sister Meng," my heart skipped a beat. The more I looked, the more she resembled her, but the more she resembled her, the more an inexplicable sadness welled up inside me.

Ling Xi said excitedly, "Uncle, teach them a lesson later. That Shamate boss is so arrogant."

"Little bitch, was it you who told someone to hit them?" As soon as the beautiful Shamate reached us, she reached out to grab Ling Xi's hair.

I moved quickly, firmly grabbing the beautiful Shamate's hand.

"What are you doing!" She was indeed arrogant; the beautiful Shamate immediately shouted and tried to shake me off, her face full of ferocity.

The other Shamate tried to help, but I pushed her, sending her tumbling to the ground.

"Take a good look at who I am," I said, staring at the beautiful Shamate with a dark face.

"Damn it! I don't care who you are..." Her eyes swept over my face a few times, and suddenly her body stiffened. She stopped struggling, staring at me with surprise, her expression slowly turning complex.

I said in a deep voice, "Who let you turn into this?"

"Are you..." The beautiful Shamate looked at me blankly. Perhaps it had been eight years since she last said it, but she couldn't get the word out.

"Come with me!" I pulled her toward the BMW and said, "Get in!"

Ling Xi asked in surprise, "Uncle, you know her?"

I ignored her, opened the back door, and pushed the beautiful Shamate inside. Seeing me get in, Ling Xi quickly ran to the front passenger seat.

The other Shamate and the three thugs watched us in surprise, but they realized we knew each other and, sensing the tension, remained silent.

The beautiful Shamate sat in the back, head bowed in silence. I drove the car a few miles away.

Ling Xi looked at me, then at the beautiful Shamate, and asked cautiously, "Uncle, who is she?"

I kept my face dark and said nothing.

Just then, the beautiful Shamate in the back said timidly, "Brother."

Ling Xi's eyes widened in disbelief.

This beautiful Shamate was my stepmother's daughter, my sister, Chu Mengchu, whom I had lost eight years ago. Back then, she was obedient, lively, and cute; I simply could not believe she had become like this.

I pulled over to the side and looked at her through the rearview mirror. "How did you end up like this? Where is Mom?"

"Mom is gone," Chu Mengchu said softly.

I was slightly startled. Though I had been mentally prepared, it was still painful. I sighed softly, turned around, gently ruffled her hair, and said in a tender voice, "Let's go get a haircut and change your clothes first. This look is truly terrible."

Chu Mengchu looked up, a sweet smile appearing on her face. She examined me again and suddenly blinked, her long eyelashes fluttering just as cutely as they used to.

I couldn't help but laugh; it seemed she hadn't changed all that much after all.

Ling Xi watched us with wide eyes, unable to fathom how two siblings could act like they had been separated for years.

"Is she really your sister?" Ling Xi still found it hard to believe.

Chu Mengchu turned her gaze to Ling Xi, looked her up and down, and suddenly her expression turned guarded. "Brother, who is she?"

"She? She's my boss's sister, Ling Xi."

"Boss's sister?" Chu Mengchu frowned, lost in thought. I wondered if she was recalling how Ling Xi had been hugging my arm earlier, as she continued to glare at her with suspicion.

Ling Xi seemed uncomfortable under her gaze. She huffed, shifted in her seat, and pouted, "Uncle, you're doing fine, so why is your sister like this? She was so arrogant yesterday, and you have no idea how many nasty things she called me."

"Damn it..." Chu Mengchu's eyes widened. As soon as the curse left her lips, her voice dropped. She glanced at me hurriedly, then glared at Ling Xi, "Weren't you arrogant yesterday too? Didn't you say you had bodyguards at home and were going to call them to beat us up!"

Uh, I felt a bit awkward hearing this, but my mood was still decent. I laughed, "Alright..."

Ling Xi must not have realized this was the first time I had met Chu Mengchu in years. She likely thought Chu Mengchu had known I was the bodyguard all along and was mocking her for calling me, her brother, to beat up his own sister. Her face turned bright red with shame and anger, and she cursed, "Shamate! Trashy! So ugly!"

"Damn it, who are you calling names!" Chu Mengchu didn't care that I was there and cursed right back.

"I'm talking about you, Shamate, trash! Get out of my family's car!"

Chu Mengchu froze, realizing for the first time that this wasn't my car. Her face flushed, and she immediately opened the door, shouting angrily, "Fine, I'll go! Brother, let's get out."

Uh, how did they suddenly start fighting? They were shouting so fast I hadn't even had a chance to react.

"Mengmeng, don't go yet." I reached out and pulled Chu Mengchu back.

Ling Xi immediately slapped my hand away and said, "Uncle, I'm going home now! You're my family's driver, you have to take me back!"

"Damn it!" Chu Mengchu was furious. She turned back and reached out to slap Ling Xi's hand.

I grabbed both of them and shouted, "Stop it, all of you!"

Damn it, what is going on? I was in a good mood, and now you've both got me feeling irritated!
